Returns And Exchanges
You’re more than welcome to return your unwanted item(s) back to us, following our terms and conditions below.
Orders must be returned back to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. This timeframe is from the date your order is shipped. We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after our relevant returns period.
Hygiene and customer safety is really important to us, therefore please do your best to try on, handle and repackage items with care. In line with our sustainability strategy, items must be returned back to us in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume and must have all original tags and/or ribbons attached. All items will be inspected upon arrival back to our warehouse and failure to be returned in their original condition may lead to cleaning charges or refusal.
We get it - sometimes things just don’t fit! If you’d like to make an exchange, we’re happy to help you get the size that you need. For returns
If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed and unsoiled and is within our 30 days returns period, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and exchange request. We will then email you a return label for you to easily ship back.
Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If your return qualifies, your exchange will be processed within 4-5 business days. As soon as we ship the replacement items, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the tracking number for your new package.
