Returns Policy

We get it, sometimes the fit isn’t right. At Sincerely Ria, we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Sincerely Ria when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at support@sincerelyria.com and we’ll be happy to help you out. When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund.

Shipping

We are working around the clock to get your orders out as quickly as we can. We ask that you allow 4-5 business days for your domestic order to be processed before it is dispatched with the selected carrier.

International orders may take anywhere between 10-15 business days to be processed before it is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched we will send you an email with the tracking ID.
