HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once you place your order with us, you’ll receive an automatic email noting that your order has been processed. Once we ship your order, you will receive another email with the tracking ID to follow your shipment on its journey to you.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
We are hard at work around the clock to get you your order as soon as possible. For domestic orders, please allow 4-5 business days for it to be processed and dispatched with the selected carrier. For international orders, please allow up to 10-15 business days for processing before it is dispatched.
What countries do you currently ship to?
We ship wherever we possibly can. If you don’t find your preferred country at checkout, contact us at email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do for you.
How do I return an item for a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time due to precautions regarding COVID-19 and other constraints that we experience as a small business. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and continued business.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed and unsoiled and is within our 14 days returns period, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and exchange request. We will then email you a return label for you to easily ship back. Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If your return qualifies, your exchange will be processed within 4-5 business days. As soon as we ship the replacement items, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the tracking number for your new package. Still have questions on your mind?
